Dues/ Membership Agreement

Dues ($25 per family) are due by May 30th for existing members and within 1 month of joining the listserv for new members. Click the PayPal link on the right to pay dues online via paypal. Dues may also be mailed by check (payable to CIFAN) to:

CIFAN's dues are $25/ year. 2008 dues are due by February 28th for existing members and within 1 month of joining the listserv for new members. Dues will go towards the following costs:

  • Copying resources for members;
  • Maintaining the website and listserv;
  • Building and maintaining a library of food allergy books and resources;
  • Publicizing speakers/ CIFAN meetings;
  • Subsidizing costs of social functions/ facility rental;
  • Bringing in speakers of general interest;
  • Other priorities as determined by CIFAN’s executive board.
If any family feels the dues are a financial hardship, they may email a request for a waiver to Sarah at allergy@cifan.org.  All requests will be considered by the executive board. 

Dues are not required for those members who are members of the listserv primarily because:  they are an adult with a food allergy, they are a non-immediate-family caregiver of a child with a food allergy, or they are a medical professional in the field of food allergies.
